
More than 300 EVES salespeople, property managers, and support staff from across the Bay of Plenty came together at Mercury Baypark in Mount Maunganui for an evening of celebration and recognition at the 2024/25 EVES Annual Awards.
Hosted by comedian and TV personality Eli Matthewson, the night shone a spotlight on the individuals and teams who truly live the EVES values - delivering results, building relationships, and supporting one another every day.
Heath Young, Chief Executive Officer, says the event is a powerful reminder of the depth of talent across the business.

Top honours
The standout of the night was undoubtedly Charlotte Gardner of EVES Papamoa, who took home an incredible five awards - a reflection of her drive, focus, and all-round excellence:

- Top Auction Achiever
- Golden Hammer Supreme Auction Excellence
- Greatest Number of Deals Settled
The Individual Salesperson of the Year went to Dirk Merwe of EVES Mount Maunganui, while Property Manager of the Year went to Katy Laidlaw of EVES Pāpāmoa/Mount.
The Top Office of the Year was awarded to EVES The Lakes - a reflection of their high performing team with a commitment to care and results.

Marketing and Culture
The Marketing Campaign of the Year was awarded to Katie Burke & Jon Parrington (EVES Mount and EVES The Lakes) for their campaign for 10 Church Road, Maketu. A fabulous example of emotive storytelling in property marketing.
The EVES Exceptional Community Spirit Award went to Gary Singh (EVES Rotorua), while the EVES Exceptional Every Day Award went to Karen Worley. These awards recognise both winners for their commitment and embodiment of the EVES values.
